Prigger

Prairie nigger. They are called priggers because they resemble America's Black population, living in ghettos of poverty and violence with the highest crime rate in Canada. Prigger usually means a native aboriginal in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba, the 3 prairie provinces. It can also be used to describe aboriginals from other parts of Canada but is mainly suited to the prairie provinces only.
