Bounty Bar	Blacks	The Bounty Bar is a coconut filled chocolate bar, so it's brown on the outside but white on the inside. An insult to (for example) black police officers in England.
Coconut	Blacks	Blacks, Hispanics, Filipino, Arabs, etc. Mainly used to describe dark-skinned people who are perceived as trying to be "white"...brown on the outside, white on the inside.
Coconut Nigger	Pacific Islanders	They're dark-skinned, hence the "Nigger", and they're from places where there are coconuts.
Lamington	Australian Aboriginals	Most of them are dirty, as they dont bathe and therefore develop dandruff, hence the lamington look (a lamington is an Aussie cake - sponge cake with black/brown icing then rolled into dessicated coconut).
